Abstract submission Guidelines

 The abstract should contain a brief account of the problem statement (100 Words), methodology (100 words), results, and implications (100 words). The title of the abstract should preferably be less than 15 words, with authors' names and affiliations and the email of the corresponding author.

Registration is a prerequisite for seeking accommodation in the following Guest Houses / Hotels. The interested delegates are informed to fill the accommodation request form on or before 15.06.2023. Based on this, the available accommodations will be allocated on first cum first serve basis and intimated to the delegates on or before 17.06.2023.  The delegates need to settle the bills in their respective accommodations.

A. Delegate Accommodation in University / Govt Guest Houses (200 persons)

The registered delegates/accompanist shall be accommodated on first cum first serve basis in university guest houses (Double Room - Twin sharing basis) in the tariff ranges from Rs. 600-800 / person /day.

Delegates who want to avail of the higher tariff accommodation need to reserve themselves and intimate their details for arranging transport to the seminar venue.

Students Delegate Accommodation in University Dormitories

• Submit Your Accommodation Request

Accommodation shall be arranged for 150 student delegates in the university dormitories on first cum first-serve basis. The tariff ranges from Rs. 100 - 250 / person/day.

Transportation will be arranged for the delegates staying in the above-listed university guest houses/hotels only. Otherwise, they have to make their own transportation arrangements to reach the seminar venue. Link to Submit Your Travel Plan

Based on the delegates' travel itineraries transportation (bus) shall be arranged to the important arrival/departure points.

Transportation to the Seminar Venue will be arranged for the delegates staying in the university guest houses/identified hotels only.

The delegates staying in other accommodations need to make their own transportation arrangements to reach the seminar venue.
