Nodal Agricutural Education Cell to ICAR

During the Annual Vice-Chancellors’ Conference of Agricultural universities held at NAS complex, New Delhi, during 22-23 January, 2016 and in its proceedings, emphasized the need of establishing Nodal Agricultural Cell and also nomination of Nodal Officer for liaising with the Education Division, ICAR, New Delhi. (Letter vide. F No. 20(3) 2015/EPHS dtd. 11.05.2016 by ADG-EP&HS). Asper the letter the “Nodal Officer will act as a Key person to coordinate all the activities of Education Division including grants and accreditation issues”.
The Nodal Cell will function as Single Window system (SWS) and provide all requisite information to Agricultural Education Division, ICAR from time to time.
The university has established the “Nodal Agricultural Education Cell (NODAEC) to ICAR” in the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, UAS, GKVK, Bengaluru – 560065 with a Nodal Officer-Agricultural Education to ICAR, with effect from 28.07.2016.
The University nominated a Nodal Officer- Agricultural Education to ICAR.
