The External examination cell College of Agriculture, V. C. Farm, Mandya is established for the purpose of conducting final examinations. There are upright supporting staffs to look after the routine work of the Cell. The cell is well equipped with infrastructure, computing and printing facilities.

The external examination cell conducts the final external examination for B. Sc., (Hon’s) Agriculture under strict vigilance. Installation of CCTV cameras and Mobile Jammers at Examination halls to prevent malpractices in examinations, conduct of examinations on time, strict discipline among the students, invigilators and supporting staff. The total of 136 students can be accommodated to take up examinations at a time. The three proctors (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor) and three Assistants will be nominated during the examination.

Apart from this the cell is also responsible for the declaration of results, re-evaluation of answer booklets, finalizing and conducting the supplementary examinations as per the University examination schedule.

The Examination Coordinators and Assistant Coordinators constantly monitor the system to attain the objectivity of the examination.
