Department of Agricultural Engineering

The objective of Department is to make the students skill full in farm mechanization, natural resource conservation such as Soil and Water Conservation, Irrigation and Drainage Engineering, Postharvest and processing of Engineering, Post harvest technologies, Renewable Energy and green technology as well as Secondary agriculture. To achieve this, the department is offering four undergraduate courses to B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture and five courses to Diploma (Agri) students. It is also offering PG and Ph.D course to the various department students in the college as need based. The Dept is well furnished with various laboratory equipments as well as field unit and also well qualified teaching faculty with good experience and field exposure.
